The new, blue marked D line of the metro in Prague is planned from Náměstí Míru to Písnice. One of the phases of the first part between Pankrác and Nové Dvory will be the 1.2-kilometer-long section Pankrác-Olbrachtova. Line D will run under line C and Pankrác will become an interchange station. The new single-nave station Pankrác situated approximately 33 meters under the surface will have lateral platforms and two vestibules in the buildings Arkády and Gemini. The double-nave station Olbrachtova, 31 meters deep with the platforms in a vault, will have two vestibules as well – the underground one in the street Na Strži and the one above ground in the street Jeremenkova. Both stations and the section of the tunnel will be excavated by NATM in complex geological conditions of the so called Pankrác terraces.
