Žofie Exploration Gallery for the Prostřední Vrch Motorway Tunnel

On Thursday, October 1, a ceremony was held near Václavice in Central Bohemia to mark the start of excavation work on the Žofie exploration gallery. The project, led by division 1, involves geotechnical exploration for the Prostřední Vrch tunnel, part of the D3 highway in the Václavice–Voračice section. The ceremony, attended by the Minister of Transportation, also featured a traditional blessing and the placement of a statue of Saint Barbara. Director David Cyroň spoke on behalf of the division 1.
