The upgrade of 15-kilometre-long section of the Mstětice – Praha-Vysočany railway track, led by division 3, also features divisions 2 and 4. At the Prague-Vysočany station, division 2 has finalized the new operating building, which train dispatchers moved into at the end of March. Division 3 is carrying on works on track and other objects. The project should be completed in 2024.
Construction of the Mississippi House and Missouri Park buildings that complete the River City Prague administrative complex is heading toward its conclusion. Division 4 is participating in the delivery of heating, cooling, sanitary installations, ventilation and a stable fire extinguishing system. The project by the company CA Immo should be approved in May.
In late March, the modernized Jaroměř railway station was officially handed over to the investor. The project included rail tracks, overhead lines, safety equipment and new underpass and platforms with barrier-free access. Division 3 had been participating in the construction, which was affected by large archaeological finds, since 2018.
Division 1 is carrying on the construction of the Milochov Tunnel in Slovakia, a part of the modernized Púchov – Považská Teplá railway line. The 1,861-meter-long, two-track tunnel, which was broken through last September, also features the 266-meter-long emergency gallery. Now Division 1 is realizing waterproofing membrane and casting the secondary lining.
Division 2 is reconstructing the Malešice Health Centre, originating in the second half of the 70s. Within demolition works, an original glass mosaic was found, depicting the idea of cleanliness and health by a woman figure surrounded by plants. With another, larger artwork made by the same technique, the mosaic should become a part of the renovated interior.
Construction of the M85 expressway in Hungary is in progress, featuring the daughter company Subterra – Raab. A part of Phase V is the almost 800-meter-long tunnel Bécsi domb, realized by Dömper. So far, more than 100 meters from the left tube have been excavated, a pipe umbrella is used to support the top heading in complicated ground conditions.
In the capital of Slovakia, Penta group is building a new generation hospital with a capacity of 400 beds. The facility designed by the studio Dutch Health Architects will offer modern equipment and an advanced information system. High-current installations that supply the most important circuits and devices, with above-standard fire resistance, are being delivered by Divison 4. The hospital should open in 2024.
A company of contractors led by division 3 is carrying out the upgrade of a 15-kilometer long section of the railway track between Lysá nad Labem and Prague. In various parts of the construction, preparations for a closure are being realized, and also foundations for the overhead line supports and other railway objects are being built. The large optimization should be finalized in 2024.
Last week, a contract for the renovation of local communications in Slivenec, Prague, was signed, featuring division 4. The complete reconstruction of sections of four streets includes building a surface water drain, underground utilities relocation, surfaces, vegetation, and other adjustments. Works should start in April and will last almost four years.
