Construction of the Malešický Háj residential complex in Prague

This residential project in Prague is situated in close proximity to the Malešický forest and has good connection to the public transport. The complex consists of five houses connected by plinths into two units and contains a total of 107 apartments. The units are of different sizes, from a bachelor to a 4-bedroom apartment in the form of above-standard lofts with spacious terraces; other apartments have balconies or front gardens. The houses, which have a reinforced concrete structure with lining are notable for their simple modern style with elegant color scheme. Landscaping - including streets and sidewalks, installations of movable objects and playgrounds - was also part of the construction. We carried out the project as the main contractor and we also fitted it with sanitary equipment.
