Hotel The Cloud One is part of the new commercial development that is gradually being built in the vicinity of the Masaryk Station in Prague. The building with a triangular floor plan, that was designed by the studio Schindler Seko Architects in Prague, is located on a piece of land between the railway yard and Hybernská street. In the construction of the 382-room hotel, we participated by supplying the technical equipment. The first contract was for the building utilities – water supply, sewage and storm water drainage and gas pipelines – including the reinforcement of the construction pit. In the building itself, we then carried out the installation of heating, cooling, air conditioning and sanitary systems, and also stable fire extinguishing equipment.
