Villa Pod Menhirem Residential House in Prague

On Monday, April 19, divison 2 signed a contract for the construction of the Villa Pod Menhirem Residential House in Dolní Chabry, Prague. The building, designed by Pata & Frydecký Architects, will have 44 units and will offer modern and sustainable materials and technologies. Construction will start in April and should last one year and a half.
