Construction of the Two houses residential project

The residential project in Karlín, Prague for which we supplied technical equipment, comprises a total of 112 apartments – from one-room apartments and up to spacious duplexes and luxury lofts – as well as commercial spaces on the ground floor, and garages in the basement. The new building consisting of two differently conceived structures was designed by the Slovenian studio Bevk Perović arhitekti. The technologies used correspond to an above-standard design execution, and they combine users’ comfort with economical operation - for example in the form of a controlled ventilation with recuperation. The contract included ventilation and air-conditioning, electrical, heating and stable fire extinguishing equipment, and sanitary installations.
