The last two buildings named after world rivers, the Mississippi House and the Missouri Park, were added to the River City Prague complex in Karlín. Both modern buildings have similar glass facades, shared underground garages and were built according to the modern environmental standards. They use energy-saving technologies. Modern healthy technologies offer a healthy working environment including spaces for relaxation. The objects heated by the heat pump have an intelligent lighting system with dynamic control, CO2 level monitoring, rainwater collection and recycling facilities. We participated in the supply of heating, cooling, sanitary installations, ventilation system and fire extinguishing system.
