Construction of the office complex in Libeň in Prague follows completion of the office buildings finished in 2000 and 2013. We have the headquarters in the older one. The new complex consists of two buildings in which offices and retail spaces are located. Part of it is also a listed industrial hall which serves as a dining room. The interior meets the highest demands on the working environment and lifestyle and at the same time the building is extremely economical and have been awarded the BREEAM Excellent certificate. We installed complete technical building services - heating and cooling, ventilation, heat and smoke extraction system, sanitary installations, fire extinguishing system and heavy current and weak-current wiring including measurement and regulation. All the facilities in the building no.3 are protected against possible floods.
The construction was awarded the title Building of the Year 2014.
