The project is located in the Vinohrady district of Prague, near main railway station close Winston Churchill Square and Italská Street. It composes of two office and one residential building. The complex contains more than 25,000 square meters of office space and it is complemented with shops, cafes and restaurants, and almost sixty apartments. We supplied technical building services - sanitary installations, central heating, as well as air conditioning and cooling system. In addition to engine rooms and main substations, we installed the end elements in rental premises. The installation met LEED Gold and BREEAM Excellent certification criteria for both office buildings.
