The project included construction of five new residential buildings and a reconstruction of one building in the centre of Řevnice in Central Bohemia. The complex was designed by Ehl & Koumar studio whose architects are considered to be the followers of Professor Alena Šrámková. The design emphasizes public space, new buildings are built along a busy town street between the main square and the railway station. Apartments with large windows are characterized by above-standard equipment and offer advanced technologies. On the ground floor there are retail spaces. We took the site over after the construction of reinforced concrete load-bearing structures and completed the construction. We also reconstructed utility networks and parterre with water features.

The project was awarded the title Building of the Year 2019.
