The purpose of the reclamation is a redevelopment of the land damaged by the mining of brown coal. It includes a renewal of 5 ha of the forest and 26 ha of the agricultural land within the inner area of Vršany spoil dump (stage IV).
The main works to be done are: agricultural and forestry reclamation works including gardening works in the total area of 31.42ha, excavation and earthworks in the volume of 127,500m3 and the construction of the paved road network in the total length of 2,125m.
The technical part of the reclamation includes landscaping of the whole area, bringing a loess loam and topsoil and spreading an organic substrate. The agricultural reclamation will be conducted with 8-year seeding pattern and forestry reclamation will consist of planting of suitable trees and of the subsequent care.
